Abstract: Surface organometallic chemistry (SOMC) is a recently developed research field. It is of great significance for the quantitative modification , the restoration of solid surface , identification of the physical and chemical nature of the surface and preparation of new catalyst. The high reactivity of Si-OH in Al-MCM-41 was applied. The production of R3Sn-O-MCM-41(R3SnM)was got when the tributyltin chloride and Al-MCM-41 were heated at 170 oC for 5 h under stirring conditions in nitrogen atmosphere. The composition ,structure and surface physical and chemical properties of the samples were characterized by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and so on. The results of ICP and organic elemental analysis shows that the grafting yield w(Sn)% was 6.46% for R3SnM. H0 and the number of acid sites for R3SnM respectively were 2.77-0.99 and 4.8mmol•g−1 by Hammett methods. N2 adsorption-desorption, XRD, TEM analysis show that R3SnM keeping the ordered hexagonal mesopore structure, results in decease of the surface areas and the pore size and increase of the mesopours volume and surface acidity, compared to Al-MCM-41. R3SnM was used in the synthesis of isoamyl acetate. The yield of isoamyl acetate is 96% when n (isoamyl alcohol): n (acetic acid) = 1.0:1.0, w (R3SnM) = 5%, 138 oC for 5 h, and the catalyst can be reused. The yield of 86% can be attained when catalyst was reused five times at the same catalytic conditions.
摘要: 表面金属有机化学(SOMC)是近年来发展起来的一门新的研究领域,对于定量修饰和再造固体表面,认识表面物理化学过程的本质,开发和制备新型催化和吸附材料具有重要的意义。本文利用介孔分子筛硅羟基的反应特性,将三丁基氯化锡与Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛在氮气氛中170 oC回流5 h,得到有机锡无机配合物R3Sn-O-MCM-41(R3SnM)。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)、有机元素分析、红外光谱(IR)、氨化学吸附脱附(NH3-TPD),X射线多晶衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、N2吸附-脱附等方法对接枝前后样品的组成、结构和表面物理化学性质进行表征。结果表明:通过ICP及有机元素分析确定,R3SnM中Sn与C、H物质量之间基本附合(C4H9)3Sn-的计量关系,其中Sn(w%)接枝率可达6.46%,用Hammett法测得的样品R3SnM的 H0在 2.77-0.99 之间,酸量为4.8mmol•g−1 正丁胺。氮气吸附脱附、XRD、TEM分析表明,R3SnM 与Al-MCM-41相比,比表面积、孔径减小,孔容略有增加,但接枝后的样品仍然具有六方介孔结构特征。R3SnM用于催化合成乙酸异戊酯,当n(异戊醇):n(冰乙酸)=1.0:1.0,w(催化剂)=5%,138 oC,回流5h,产物收率达96%,且催化剂重复使用5次,相同催化条件下,转化率仍可达到86%。
